Kenny vs. Spenny is a Canadian cable TV show starring two friends - Spencer Rice and Henny Hots - who each episode compete in a different (and often rediculous) competition in order to see who is "better" at it. The loser at the end of the show has to complete a "humiliation" task chosen by the winner of that episode's competition.
Each episode begins with Kenny and Spenny explaining what the competition for that episode is and what (if any) the rules are. Kenny is known to be far more devious and underhanded in his approach to winning the competition whilst Spenny plays by the rules and appears to compete in a far more morale way. That being said Kenny tends to win a hell of a lot more competitions then Spenny!
